It will get better. However, in some cases, such as nail diseases, our treatment may not be suitable, so we will examine you on the day of your visit and let you know.

Q3 I was told I should have surgery. Is that okay?

Depending on the surgical method, there are cases where the procedure may result in the nail not growing back. Even if surgery is recommended, it can improve, so please consult us first.

Q4 Should I trim my nails before coming?

Please come with your nails grown out to a certain length. If you have nail polish on, please remove it before coming.

Q5 Is an appointment necessary?

	Exit the JR Sendai Station Central Ticket Gate, turn left, and proceed toward the “East Exit Bus Pool” via the passageway.
	After passing through the free passage, there is a down escalator immediately to the left.
	Take the escalator down.
	After getting off the escalator, walk straight toward the ViBi building in front of you.
	We arrived right in front of BiVi.
	When you arrive in front of BiVi, proceed to the Sendai Station East Exit Police Box and FamilyMart Sendai East Exit Store on your right.
	Good Life Sendai is located on the 6th floor of the building where FamilyMart Sendai Higashiguchi Store is located.
	There is a passageway leading to the elevator hall next to FamilyMart Sendai Higashiguchi Store.
	Please take the elevator to the 6th floor.
